included are in Word for Windows 97 format and are:

The example process described controls the production and distribution of agendas for comittee meetings. |

The Resource Kit requires 6 Megabytes of disk space to install.
It is supplied as a "self-extracting" zip file OPTWDRK.EXE - download this file to a suitable directory on your hard disk
and "Run" the .exe file to extract the files described above.
